Reflections on the 80th Anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz

Executive Director Lori Shepherd will be embarking on a representative trip with the Association of Holocaust Organizations to Poland for the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. Join us in-person or by Zoom for Lori’s presentation, during which she’ll reflect on the trip, lessons gleaned, and the meaning of the Holocaust so many decades on.

Lori Shepherd is the Executive Director of the Tucson Jewish Museum & Holocaust Center. She previously served as the Executive Director of the El Paso Holocaust Museum & Study Center, as well as in several nonprofit leadership roles over the course of two decades. She holds a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Chartered Advisor of Philanthropy certification from The American College of Financial Services. Outside of her work at TJMHC, Lori serves on the Arizona List board of directors and enjoys hiking & cycling with her family.
